ATCC is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our website. To demonstrate our commitment to user privacy, we provide the following policy describing the information we collect and store, how we might use that information, security measures to protect that information, and your rights regarding the way we collect and use that information. This Privacy Policy applies to the online collection of information at ATCC’ website only. ATCC reserves the right to amend or otherwise modify this Privacy Policy at any time. As such, you are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy from time to time for any changes. If a significant change is made, ATCC will give additional notice. ATCC collects and stores a variety of information from its website visitors. Some of this data is not personally identifiable and is collected and stored automatically via the use of cookies.  ATCC collects and stores in our database certain personal information (“Personal Information”) provided when you request information from us, communicate with us, or enroll in one of our courses. Personal Information may include without limitation: name, address, email address, birth date, phone number, student ID, social security number, prior education, course enrollment/progress, grades, graduation status, financial status (tuition/fees balance). We will use a third-party email-sending service in order to communicate with you via any email address you choose to submit during the registration process.

ATCC works with a third-party processor to collect and store any credit card or other payment information. We do not store any credit card information from our users.

ATCC and some of our outside service providers do track and analyze performance on the Site in order to improve user experience using anonymized data. Such data may include: characteristics of your client system, such as IP address, browser type, system language, OS version, time zone and screen resolution metrics; the web pages that you visit in a specific website and the URLs of the web pages that referred you to that website; mouse movements, mouse clicks, scroll actions and keystrokes on the visited website; and any information you enter and submit to a specific website. As a result, if you choose to supply Personal Information (such as, but not limited to, name, address or contact information) on a website, such information will be collected by the Service. Additionally, we may collect session information, which is stored in cookies used to ensure accurate data is extracted from our systems. These cookies are first-party cookies (cookie data cannot be shared across websites) and do not include any personal data. We do NOT use third-party cookies that can be shared across websites.

We do NOT collect: any information about websites which do not use the Service; any information about other programs that you are running on your computer; any passwords that you enter in a website; and we do NOT assign a global unique identifier to you.

The services provided by ATCC are operated in the United States. If you are not located in the United States, you are not authorized to use the services and are directed not to do so. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the services, or providing us with any information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you are located, reside and/or are a citizen.



Non-personally identifiable information (“Non-Personal Information”) is used to help us improve our website by enabling us to discover and address the needs of our website visitors. This includes making our website accessible to the various web browsers and operating systems used to access our website. ATCC may use third parties, including Google, to show you ATCC ads when you visit different sites on the Internet. These third parties use cookies to collect Non-Personal Information and show ads based on your prior visits to the ATCC website. Program progress, graduation status and grades are made available to: Employer; Potential employer with whom a student has applied; Sponsor paying all or part of student fees; Third party resolution agencies; Third party organization through whom a student has enrolled with ATCC;

To the extent not prohibited by law, ATCC may provide Personal Information to its affiliates;

Financial status (tuition/fees balance) is made available to: Sponsor paying all or part of student fees;

From time to time, ATCC may be required to provide Personal Information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Unless prevented by law, ATCC will attempt to notify the student involved prior to any release of such information.

No mobile information (text messaging originator opt-in data and consent) will be shared with third parties/affiliates/business partners for marketing/promotional purposes.  The opt-in is not transferable to another party involved in the process.



This Privacy Policy does not apply to third parties with whom you may become involved in the process of enrollment with  ATCC or in the process of seeking employment. Our website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit in order to know how they collect and use private information. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.



We respect your right to access and control your information, and we will respond to requests for information and, where applicable, will correct, amend, or delete your personal information.

Access to Personal Information. If you request access to your Personal Information, we will gladly comply, subject to any relevant legal requirements and exemptions, including identity verification procedures. Before providing data to you, we will ask for proof of identity and sufficient information about your interaction with us so that we can locate any relevant data. We may also charge you a fee for providing you with a copy of your data (except where this is not permissible under local law).

Correction and Deletion. In some jurisdictions, you have the right to correct or amend your Personal Information if it is inaccurate or requires updating. You may also have the right to request deletion of your Personal Information; however, this is not always possible due to legal requirements and other obligations and factors. We utilize industry standard SSL encryption when accepting your credit card information during the online enrollment process. Please also bear in mind that no data security measures are guaranteed to be completely effective. We are not responsible for any circumvention of security or privacy measures deployed on this website.

Furthermore, it is common knowledge that transmission of information via the Internet is not wholly secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to or through this website or any of our services. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. By using our website and services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.



We do not sell products or services for purchase by anyone under the age of thirteen (13). In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we will never knowingly request or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13), without verifiable parental consent. In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such Personal Information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practical.
